meaningful date 4 us!!!genap la kandungan saya nie 40weeks...wah!!!kami masih menunggu kehadiran orang baru dengan sabar...

sempat p jemputan kawen kawan hubby...sedap dapat mkn ayam masak merah,daging masak asam pedas,buah sunkiss..tp mak cik kendarat tu letak nasi sikit jek dlm pinggan...sedey!!!

sebenarnyer tanda2 kecil bersalin da wujud sejak ari jumaat malam dalam pukul 11lebey...nervous jugak time tu...tido pun xlena..sbb xrasa sakit kami tunggu la smpai pg esok...

pagi esoknya,kehadiran darah bercampur lendir bertambah banyak..tp still xsakit...mr hubby da bersiap2 nk bw p hospital..mak da siapkan telur separuh masak 2biji...terpaksa telan...

last minute kami decide nak p penal jek..p panel trus tnye masalah kami nie...

doc pun cek la..dia ckp still xbuka lagi..xde jalan lagi....lendir yg kuar bsama darah tu adalah permulaan sahaja...doc pun terangkan dengan terperinci mengenai darah beserta lendir tu...baru la ati nie tenang...hikhikhik..doc pun ckp,ade sesetngah orang tu,2 ke 3 ari pun lum tentu bersalin walaupun kuar lendir campur darah tu..ade yg cepat,sume bergantung pada individu itu sendiri....

kami terus tnye,perlu ke pergi ke hospital...doc sgestkn xperlu pergi dulu,tunggu sehingga ade rs sakit...doc pun ajar cara push,cara bernafas dan tips2 untuk bersalin kelak..time kasih pn.doc!!!doc pun pesan pd hubby supaya bw p window shopping slalu,insyaAllah akan cepat terbuka jalannyer..dan2 tuh jugak kami p window shopping kat mall di melaka nie...

akhirnya,sampaila ari nie xde rs nk bersalin lagi...kami akan tetap sabar menanti...

insyaAllah...mudah2an Allah permudahkan segala urusan kami..aminnn.....

aritu ade tempah barang dari online..actually bukan la orang tu jual produk online..dia ade kedai kat klang, cume ade kemudahan currier barang2 dia bagi siape yang xdapat pergi kedai macam aku la!hikhikhik..

bukan xmo pergi kedai dia..tp my hubby tu ckp..buat ape pergi sedangkan kite bole beli barang dia tanpa perlu bayar currier fees..sbb harga lebeh dr seratus xsilap aku...ala...bukannyer ape..nak jugak nngok2 kedai..aku nie pulak kaki jalan...hikhikhik

tp ikut la ckp suami...kami buka magazine Pa&Ma..tup..tup..berkenan dengan pakej tu...ala..korang sume pasti tau kedai tu..glamer jugak untuk ibu2 hamil..hikhikhik...

service mmg cepat!hari khamis order,sabtu sebelum 1 May da sampai depan umah...wah!!!syoknyer.....

One Baby World..pernah dengar???kalau baca magazine Pa&Ma tu pasti tau...

nie la barang2 dalam kotak yang kami dapat seberat 6kg tu...

hikhikhik...service yang cepat dan memuaskan!!!

sebenarnyer nie la kelengkapan untuk breastfeed nanti...benda nie xla penting sangat,tapi penting jugak untuk ibu bekerja...aku amat berharap nak breastfeed sendiri alexia jr @ alex jr (sbb xtau jantina baby) hikhikhik..

aku amat teruja dapat beg 'stylo mama' tu..kegunaan dia untuk letak spectra 3 tu dengan cooler tote termasuk perkakas untuk spectra 3 aku mase nak g keje nanti..xde la aku duk jinjing berbeg2...1 beg jek sudah memadai... :-) mcm beg laptop jek...hikhikhik

barang kat One Baby World nie jugak xla mahal sangat...memang banyak produk dan barangan baby termasuk ibu hamil dia jual...bole search kat www.onebabyworld.com juga di facebook under name One Baby World...

rasa nak ajak hubby g kedai tu sendiri la..xjauh mane pun..tp tunggu bile baby da kuar...hikhikhik

Ya Allah..kurniakan la aku air susu yang banyak supaya aku dapat menyusukan baby aku dengan sempurna Ya Allah...amin...

tapi same seperti anversary kami...xleh nk celebrate bersama....hukhukhuk

dia ke putrajaya,ade wedding..g bersama familynyer...aku???aku xg ler..malas..dengan keadaan perut ku yg montel nie...nk jln2 pun xselesa...

build our own gym at home...now a days we're overloaded with information and product bout fitness and health..erm....y not we build own own gym kat rumah..kecit pun xpe...

last week,i hav done read mgzine health & beauty..pinjam dari kak nor yang handle mgzine n jurnal...xperlu kite beli kat kedai..jimat kos...hikhikhikhik...stakat bc2 jek....

mgzine bulan mac,page 48....ish...very tertarik with the statement a.k.a tittle info kat situ....BUILDING YOUR OWN HOME GYM...wah!!!!

ok..i will share some important thing that u should put on ur gym...

1. exercise ball - can be a chair...hikhikhik...other than that,can help to strength ur posture...(saya da ade bola nie...so its DONE...1 barang da ade!!yahoooo)

2.dumbbells - hikhikhik..kami baru nngok kat kedai fitness!!!my hubby nk beli yg set punyer..tp kne tunggu baby kuar baru leh beli..klu x...ibu baby yg xcted nk pakai dumbbells nie..hikhikhik...(berat la b..cmne syg nk angkat!klu 1 kg ke 2 kg ok lg..)

3. exercise videos - owh...already have!!!tp xpernah buka...hikhikhik....dpt mase beli exercise ball...so,ths part is also DONE!!!

4. heart rate monitor - nie xde lagi..kne beli nie...xpenah usha pun kat kedai sukan....

nie tambahan..sbb we all da ade..so leh jek sumbat dlm gym kami nnt...

5. exercise bicycle - my hubby da ade sblum kawen ngn kite..maklum ler,my hubby nie org men gym sblum kawen..pas kawen da xmen..tu yg bdn jadik g2...hikhikhik..cian!!

6. map - mesti ler kene ade..nk exercise,kne ade alas la kwan2...hikhikhik

yang len xperlu sngat..mane asas jek korg letakkan dlm gym korg tuh..pas2 wat exercise sesame..pasti romantik!!!hikhikhik

sumtime we need rest 2gther for romantic time....pakai la bj seksi2 supaya our hubby seksa nngok...hikhikhik..kene amalkan walaupun da tua n da ade anak....kan syok!!!

hopefully kite smpai ke hujung nyawa bersama hubby kite yea kawan2..insyaAllah.......
